氨溴索+地塞米松肺泡灌洗治疗颈髓损伤术后肺不张的临床观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨氨溴索+地塞米松行经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术(BAL)治疗颈髓损伤术后并发肺不张的临床疗效。方法将46例颈髓损伤并发肺不张患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例,治疗组用氨溴索+地塞米松行BAL治疗,对照组用生理盐水行BAL治疗,观察两组BAL前后血气分析和肺通气换气指标,比较其肺复张疗效。结果两组BAL后血气分析和肺通气换气指标均明显改善,以治疗组改善明显(P均<0.05);治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论颈髓损伤术后并发肺不张患者用氨溴索+地塞米松行BAL治疗,能明显清除气道分泌物,解除气道阻塞,促使肺复张,降低病死率。
