本文分析了商品油计量纠纷产生的技术原因，从中得出在输油管线上应安装符合ＳＹ－５３１７－８８〈原油管线自动取样法〉标准的自动取样器，如何解决样品的代表性和可靠性，ＤＯＤ－ＹＣ２０００型的原理、主要构成和技术指标给出一个范例。该装置经国家法定计量技术机构检验，完全符合上述标准，为实现科学的、公平的和准确的交易，提供了一个良好的商品原油交接的市场氛围。
This paper analyzed the technical reason of the dispute arose out of commercial oil measuremen t. The conclusion is that it is necessary to install an automatic sampling apparatus which meets the standard of sy-5317-88<Automatic Sampling Method from the Pipeline of Crude Oil>.As for the representative and reliabili ty of the sample oil, the operation principles, main components and technical features of the DOD -YC-2000model sampler will give a clear answer. This sampling apparatus is tested by the State technological organ of legal measurement, completely meets the above standard. It can provide an excellent marketing environment for commercial oil transaction to realize a scientific, fair and accurate transfer-receiver trade.
