摘要
音乐编辑学是一门方兴未艾的学科,涉及期刊、著作的编辑、出版,各类音像作品的编辑、传播和音乐节目制作等诸多领域,具有较强的理论性与应用性并重的特征。文章针对我国音乐理论期刊现状,重点探讨了办刊各环节所应注意的问题。笔者认为,一份优秀的音乐理论刊物,应该做到以"创新精神"锻造特色期刊、以"问题意识"指导选题组稿、以"同行三审"严把学术质量、以"传播理念"组织编校出版。惟其如此,才能使音乐理论期刊真正成为推动音乐学术健康发展的中坚力量。
Music redactology is a now growing discipline, involving editorial practices like editing and dissemination of pe- riodicals, monographs, audio-visual products, and TV or broadcast music programs, featuring its equally important theo- retical and practical issues. This article discusses possible problems in the process of making academic music periodicals, focusing on the status quo of Chinese academic music periodicals. I argue that an outstanding academic music periodical should innovate, select topics with problem consciousness, be strict with academic standard, and publish with the ideas of dissemination. Only then, can academic music periodicals become the elite power that drives the health progression of mu- sic academics.
