摘要
大秦线、北同蒲线2亿吨扩能改造后,变配电所全部实现微机保护综合自动化系统运行,系统整体技术指标及功能大大增强。但在运行过程中,部分变电配所亭出现由于雷击造成微机保护装置受强电磁干扰烧损板件的现象,严重影响了系统的可靠运行。针对这个问题,通过研究微机保护装置外电源回路特点,对雷电波入侵变配电所二次回路的途径和对微机保护装置的伤害原因进行深入分析,提出采用双组防雷组件进行双向雷电保护的设计方案,并详述这种二级防雷方案的结构组成、工作原理、主要功能特点。应用这一方案,可有效的避免雷电波对变配电二次设备特别是微机保护装置的影响,防止微机保护装置遭受雷击损坏。
After the 200 million tons capacity expansion revamping, microcomputer protection integrated automation sys- tems have been running in all the substation and distribution stations of Datong - Qinhuangdao railway and Datong - Taiyuan railway. The overall technical indicators and functions of the system are greatly enhanced. However, during the operation, the microcomputer protection devices are damaged by strong electromagnetic interference because of the light- ning stroke in some substation and distribution stations, which seriously affect the reliable operation of the system. In this paper, based on the research on the external power circuit characteristics of microcomputer protection device, the pathway through which lightning wave intrudes into the secondary circuit of substation and distribution station and the cause of damage on the microcomputer protection devices are analyzed in deep. Meanwhile, the structure, working principle and the main function of the secondary lightning protection scheme are detailed description. Damage on secondary equipment, especially the microcomputer protection device caused by the lightning wave can be avoided effectively by the application of this scheme.
