散叶与把烟等级质量对比分析

摘要 以3个烟叶产区的散叶和把烟工商交接等级质量数据为依据,通过散叶与把烟等级质量对比分析,对3个烟叶产区提出散叶等级质量控制点:A产区X2F、B1F应主控混颜色比例,B3F主控混颜色以及混入B4F的比例,C2F则应提高控制混下一级烟叶的比例;B产区重点控制各等级混入下一级烟叶的比例,B2F同时还应当控制混入青杂烟叶的比例;C产区C3F和B3F应当主控混下一级烟叶的比例,B1F和B2F的整体等级纯度指标都需要极大改进。3个产区2012年散叶等级质量水平比2011年均有较大提升。 Based on the data of grade quality during industry commerce handover from 3 tobacco areas, through comparison on the grade quality between dispersed leaves and tied leaves of flue-cured tobacco, key points to control grade quality of dispersed leaves in 3 areas were found. In area A, the ratio of colors leaves should be mainly controlled for X2F and B1F, the ratio of colors and B4F leaves should be mainly controlled for B3F, the ratio of C3F leaves should be mainly controlled for C2F. In area B, the ratio of next grade leaves should be mainly controlled, and meanwhile the ratio of green leaves and variegated leaves should be mainly controlled for B2F. In area C, the ratio of next grade leaves should be mainly controlled for C3F and B3F, and the grade quality of B1F and B2F should be improved. As a whole, the grade quality of dispersed leaves was better in 2012 year than in 2011 year in 3 tobacco areas.
