摘要
以匙叶翼首草〔Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke)Diels〕为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对其种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:低浓度(20、30 mmol/L)NaCl胁迫对匙叶翼首草种子萌发和幼苗生长影响不显著,且20 mmol/L NaCl甚至有利于促进种子萌发,对幼苗的生长也未表现出不利影响。随着盐胁迫浓度的增大,匙叶翼首草种子的发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗的生长均呈现出盐害效应,且高浓度(60、80 mmol/L)NaCl处理极显著抑制种子萌发及幼苗生长。
Pterocephalus hookeri (C.B.Clarke) Diels was used materials in the experiment, and effects of NaC1 stress on seed germination and seedling growth were studied. The results showed that effects of low NaC1 concentration (20 mmol/L and 30 mmol/L) on the seed germination and seedling growth of P. hookeri ( C.B.Clarke ) Diels was not significant, even 20 mmol/L NaC1 could improve seed germination and had no adverse effect on the growth of the seedlings. With the increasing of NaC1 concentration, seed germination rate, germination index, seedling growth were all showed salt damage effect, and high NaC1 concentrations (80 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L) treatment significantly inhibited the seed germination and seedling growth .
