摘要
为了解挂金灯在不同水分胁迫条件下的抗旱能力,结合在水分胁迫条件下挂金灯的形态变化、电导率、保护酶含量变化等一系列特性指标的改变,对挂金灯抗旱性及其机理做初步分析。结果表明,停止水分供应10 d即土壤含水量在10%左右时,是挂金灯所能忍受的最大极限,挂金灯具有一定的抗旱性。
In order to understand the drought resistance ability of Franehet Groundeherry in different water stress conditions, drought resistance and the menchanism of Franchet Groundcherry were preliminary analyzed with the changes of a series of characteristic index including morphology, electrical conductivity and protective enzyme content. The result showed that Franehet Groundeherry did not grow in 10 days' drought stress. According to the research, Franchet Groundcherry had a certain ability of drought resistance in the maximum limit of 10 days' water stress or 10% soil water content.
