摘要
为分析比较海南4个不同产地益智(Alpinia oxyphylla)果实的挥发油成分,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取益智果实挥发油,并使用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行化学成分分析。结果表明:从4个不同产地益智果实挥发油样品中共鉴定出47个化合物,主要为萜类成分,其中样品间共有化合物26个。研究结果表明,不同产地益智果实挥发油的主要成分种类较接近,其中圆柚酮为含量最高的特征性成分。
To analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oil from fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla in four different habitats of Hainan, the volatile oil was extracted by water distillation method, and the components were separated and identified by GC-MS. Forty-seven ingredients were identified, and the main components were terpenoids. There were twenty-six common compounds in samples from four producing areas. The results showed that the main constituents in A. oxyphylla from four different producing areas were similar, and the characteristic compound Nookatone was the maximum content.
