贵州喀斯特山区农村可持续发展模式初探

Sustainable development model of rural area in Guizhou karst mountainous area

对贵州喀斯特山区农村可持续发展现状进行分析,认为要实现山区农村的可持续发展,必须抛弃传统的以种植业为基础的传统发展模式,充分利用自身优势,大力发展具有喀斯特山区特色的发展模式,并提出了4大发展模式,即:乡村生态旅游开发及发展模式,乡村旅游与农村经济复合发展模式,农村特色经济发展模式,山区农村庭院循环经济发展模式。最后提出贵州喀斯特山区农村可持续发展的建议对策:加强交通等基础设施建设;建立并完善以生态补偿机制为主体的社会保障制度;以产业支持为主,增强喀斯特农村自主发展能力;加强教育扶贫,提高农民素质。

Through analyzing sustainable development status of rural area in Guizhou karst mountainous area, it was summarized that to achieve sustainable development of mountainous area, it was necessary to abandon the traditional development model based on farming, but nake full use of advantages, vigorously develop the model with karst mountainous specialties, and put forward 4 major development models： rural eco-tourism development model, rural tourism and rural economy composite development model, rural characteristic economic development model and mountainous rural courtyard recycling economy development model. Finally, some countermeasures were proposed： to strengthen the construction of transportation and other infrastructure; to establish and improve the ecological compensation mechanism as the main social security system; to enhance capacity for self-development by industry support; to strengthen poverty subsidy of education, for imlaroving the cluality of farmers.
