关于汉代的继承制度,已有的史料里,以《二年律令》记载的较多。从《二年律令》出发,探究汉代关于女性继承制度,会发现汉代的女性继承,并不仅仅是财产的继承,还包括身份的继承。

The inheritance system of Han Dynasty in the existing historical data, much recorded in the ＂Er Nian LüLing ＂. From the perspective of ＂Er Nian Lü Ling in Han Dynasty, the paper explores women＂ s inheritance system, and we fnd that the Han Dynasty female inheritance is not only the property, but also the status.
