“中国英语”存在的合理性与译法简论

The Rationality of the Existence Chinese English and Its Translating Methods

跨文化翻译一般要求对两种文化都精通。随着我国政治、经济、文化的发展,汉语中出现了一批时代感很强的具有中国文化特色的新词语,将这些词语翻译成英语时不可避免地带有"中国英语"的痕迹。鉴于此,本论题从时代需求的视角,结合"中国英语"的定位,并以汉语新词的英译方法的分析作为支撑,讨论了"中国英语"存在的合理性。

Cross-cultural translation requires the translator＇s profciency in two cultures. With the development in politics,economy,and culture,many neologisms which is inevitable to carry the characteristics of Chinese English have come into being. Supported by the analysis of translation methods of Chinese neologisms and the positioning of Chinese English,this paper discusses the rationality of Chinese English to serve the needs of our time.
