摘要
对 ＣＮＣ—４Ａ数控气割机加工过程中，在 Ｘ轴逆向接近换向时出现失步这一故障排除过程的分 析，是数控机床故障分析与排除非常有效的方法。
The analysis on the eliminate process of this soft breakdown in the processing of the digit-controlled machine tool which appears when X axis approaches the inverse direction change is a very effective method to fix breakdowns in digit-controlled machine-tools.
