摘要
论述了深孔松动控制水压爆破基本理论,通过在常村煤矿21132工作面的探索和试验,阐述了深孔松动控制水压爆破方案的选择、炮孔布置方式、爆破参数的计算,利用该技术能明显提高爆破效果,减少了工作面煤墙破坏严重的现象,减少了残炮的发生,增强了爆破卸压效果,同时为工作面的正常推进创造了条件。
This paper discusses the basic theory of water pressure blasting in deep-hole loose control, through the exploration and experi- ment on 21132 working face in Changcun Coal Mine,the deep-hole loose control of water pressure blasting scheme selection, hole ar- rangement, the calculation of blasting parameters were expounded in this paper. The application of this technology can significantly im- prove the blasting effect, and can reduce serious phenomenon of coal wall damage on working face, reduce the occurrence of confined ex- plosion, enhance blasting pressure relief effect obviously, at the same time, it can create good conditions for normal advancing of the working face.
