摘要
针对目前我国煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔普遍使用机械注水泥砂浆封孔、化学聚氨酯封孔等技术存在的封孔质量差、操作复杂、瓦斯抽采浓度低等问题,提出了堵注一体封孔器封孔技术。阐述了堵注一体封孔器结构、工作原理、操作技术步骤及规范等。实践应用表明,该技术使用方便、封堵可靠,提高了抽采钻孔的封孔质量,使钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高了40%~60%。
At present, mechanical injection cement mortar sealing, chemical polyurethane sealing are commonly used in drillholes for gas drainage of coal mines in our country, the sealing quality of these methods is poor, and the operations are complex, the concentration of gas drainage is low. Aiming at these problems,a new drillhole sealing technique which integrates closure and injection was proposed in this paper. The device structure, working principle, operating procedures and technical specifications, precautions were described, too. The results show that: the technology is easy to use, and sealing quality is reliable, the usage of the technology can improve quality of drainage holes sealing,the concentration of gas drainage drillhole can be increased by 40- 60%.
