摘要
运动员的非智力因素系统由动机、兴趣、情感、意志和性格等五大因素构成,是运动训练竞赛活动的动力-调节系统,具有动力、定向、引导、维持、调节和强化等功能,它们共同构成运动员进行运动训练竞赛活动的心理条件。在运动训练活动中,运动员具有五种典型的积极训练态度即愿练、好练、乐练、勤练和独立训练。为提升运动员的心理水平和实际运动训练成效,根据运动员的五练与非智力因素的内在逻辑关系,深入探讨了五练的内涵、意义、训练原则和方法等问题。
The non - intellectual factor system of athletes,which consists of five factors such as motivation, interest, emotion, will and personality, is the power- regulating system in the training and competition activities, with functions maintenance, adjustment and strengthening. These such as power, factors constitute direction, guide, the psychological conditions of athletes in training and competition activities. In sports training activities, competitive athletes can show five typical sports training attitudes: willingness of training, favor to sports training, be happy to sports training, be assiduous and independent in sports training. According to the inherent logic of the five sports training with the non - intellectual factors, this research explored the connotation, meaning, principles and methods of the five sports training to provide a reference for upgrading the sports training efficiency of coaches and athletes.
