摘要
通过对篮球运动员弱侧手投篮的攻击性的可行性因素进行分析,提出弱侧手近距离投篮的优势和有利条件,探讨影响篮球运动员弱侧手近距离投篮的生理、心理因素,为篮球教练员针对运动员弱侧手教学与训练提供理论参考。
Through the hoopsters weak side hand shooting aggressivity feasibility analysis, the author proposed the advantage of weak side hand close shooting, discussed the physical and psychological factors which influence hoopster weak side hand close shooting,and provided the theoretical reference to basketball coaches for teaching and training of athletes weak side hand.
