产业碳排放与经济增长脱钩弹性分析——以金属矿采选业为例 被引量:2

摘要 产业低碳化是发展低碳经济的重要组成部分。本文以金属矿采选业为例来研究产业低碳化的实现路径。首先在Tapio脱钩指标基础上构建LYQ分析框架,然后对2001-2010年我国金属矿采选业碳排放与经济增长的脱钩弹性进行因果链分解和指标测评。实证结果显示多数年份经济增长与碳排放呈弱脱钩状态,其中能源利用效率的提高起了主要作用,而价值创造弹性成为阻碍脱钩的主要因素,因此这两大行业未来应主要在大力发展低耗能高附加值的产品上做努力。 Industrial low carbonization is an important part of the low carbon economy in our country. Take metals mining and processing industry as an example, this paper is mainly to study the realization path of industrial low carbonization. First, the author builds LYQ analysis framework based on Tapio decoupling indicators, then to make the causal chain decomposition and index evaluation to decoupling elasticity of carbon emissions in metals mining and processing industry and economic growth in China from 2001 to 2010. The empirical study shows that e- conomic growth and carbon emissions have weak decoupling state in most of the years, efficiency improvement of energy use has played a major role in it, and the value creation elasticity is the main factor of hindering decoupling. Therefore, for these two industries, we need to vigorously develop low energy consumption and high value -added products in the future.
