Against problems on anti-freezing of indirect type air cooler commissioning in winter, this paper introduces high individually anti-freezing measures and commission approaches to ensure safe commission and stable operation of the generating unit in winter, those can be used for lesson to anti-freezing of indirect type air cooling unit in winter.
