摘要
灰熔聚造气技术对原料煤质的特殊要求(-6mm,全水低于5%)使得备煤系统输送环节扬尘较大、工作环境差。晋煤集团天溪煤制油分公司通过对其备煤系统各转载点扬尘处的捕尘罩、导料槽等进行技术改造,采取全密闭捕尘罩、溜槽内部加抑尘缓冲板和迷宫式全封闭导料槽等改造措施,取得了明显的治理效果,为国内外相关行业环境治理提供参考。
Special requirements(- 6 mm,full water lower than 5%) by the ash-agglomerating technology for feed coal quality will result in heavy dusting and poor working environment in the conveying section of the coal preparation system. Through technical revamp by Jincheng Coal Industrial Group Tianxi CTG Company for the dust capturing hood,material guide chute at the dusting places of the conveying points at in the coal preparation system,by taking revamp measures such as the fully enclosed dust capturing hood,addition of dust buffer plate in the chute,and labyrinth type fully enclosed guide chute,significant revamp results have been achieved,which provide a reference for environmental control by relevant industry both at home and abroad.
