柞树叶、构树叶和柳树叶的营养成分分析及比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 对辽宁鞍山海城某农场的柞树叶和辽宁农业职业技术学院种植的构树叶和柳树叶的营养成分进行的比较分析,并对抗营养因子单宁进行了脱毒处理,结果表明,柞树叶营养成分丰富,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分、矿物质钙、磷含量分别为13.52%、4.87%、16.98%、5.19%、0.89%、0.20%,抗营养因子单宁含量为14.99%,经过脱毒处理可去除90%以上,并分析了蛋白质中部分氨基酸的含量。这几种树叶饲喂牛羊有一定的营养价值。 A comparative analysis of the nutritional ingredients from oak leaves was conducted on a farm in Haicheng, Anshan, Liaon!ng, the same as Broussonetia papyrifera as well as willow leaves planted in Liaoning Agricultural College. Meanwhile, a detoxification of anti-nutritional factor tannins was carried out. The results show that the oak leaves are rich in nutrients and the contents of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, ash, calcium and phosphorus are 13.52%, 4.87%, 16.98%, 5.19%, 0.89%, 0.20% respectively; the contens of anti-nutritional factor tannin was 14.99 %, which can be removed more than 90% after detoxification. The study also analyzes the contents of some amino acids in proteins. We come to the conclusion that these types of foliage have some nutritional value in feeding cattle and sheep.
