泰州市中小企业银行融资困境分析——基于博弈的视角

Bank Financing Difficulties of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Taizhou City： A Perspective of Game Theory

长三角地区集中了我国大多数的中小企业，在国家紧缩银根的情况下，大多数企业都面临银行融资难的问题。文章以博弈论的视角研究江苏省泰州市中小企业银行融资问题，利用智猪博弈、完全信息动态博弈模型就银行资本与中小企业的融资难问题进行动态分析．并运用复制动态方程做出协调均衡的相位图。得出该地区解决融资难的最优解，从目标层、基础层、操作层等层面提出金融制度创新路径。

Most of China＇s small and medium-sized enterprises are located in the Yangtze River Delta region, and they are facing the problem of bank financing when the country tightens its monetary supply. This paper, from the perspective of game theory, researches bank financing problems of SMEs in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province. By using clever pig game model and complete information dynamic game model, it first makes a dy- namic analysis of bank capital and SMEs＇ financing difficulties, then, using dynamic replicator equation to draw a coordinated equalized phase diagram, gets the optimal solution to the financing problem, and finally from the aspects of financing target, regulations, and operation etc., proposes suggestions for innovation of the financial system.
