Introspection of College-Enterprise Cooperation:Integration of MajorRelated Culture with Industrial and Corporate Culture

校企合作过程中,校企间文化的互融、互通逐步成为校企合作的新取向。企业文化与校园文化的结合,需要更多地从高等职业教育专业建设这一内涵本质上探讨与实践,应将具备的专业文化涵养作为人才培养的目标之一,专业文化融合产业文化、企业文化关键是对其价值取向的认同和归属,摒弃更多的从利益角度的思考,只有对产业、企业文化的认同、接受、融合,并渗透到专业建设及学生专业学习全过程,职业院校的校企合作才能真正走向深入,高等职业教育内涵与质量才能切实提高。

During the process of college-enterprise cooperation, cultural integration has gradually become a new orientation. To integrate enterprise culture with campus culture, the essence of specialty construction in higher vocational education should be explored both in theory and in practice, and as well the cultivation of major-re- lated culture should be one of the main educational targets. The key to integrating major-related culture with industrial or enterprise culture is to seek a sense of belonging and approval of the latter＇ values, instead of starting from profit consideration. Therefore, acceptation of the industrial or enterprise culture and integration of major-related culture with industrial or enterprise culture throughout specialty construction and major learning can lead college-enterprise cooperation to a higher level and facilitate improvement of the quality of higher vo- cational education.
