摘要
随着江苏省高等职业教育国际化的快速发展,高职院校外籍教师人才的重要作用得到越来越多的重视。在外籍教师使用过程中,许多不利因素导致外籍教师流失,给聘用双方带来不必要的被动和损失。文章从需要层次论视角分析江苏省高职院校外籍教师人才流失的主要原因,有针对性地提出应对策略。
With the rapid internationalization of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province, more and more importance has been attached to the role of foreign teachers in vocational colleges. However, during the em- ployment of foreign teachers, some negative factors cause their brain drain, which result in loss for both par- ties--the organization, the employer, and the foreign teacher, the employee. This paper attempts to probe into the causes of this issue and proposes countermeasures from the perception of hierarchy of needs.
