氟西汀在实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎小鼠急性期的作用研究
摘要
目的探讨氟西汀在实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)小鼠急性期作用机制。方法诱导EAE模型,采用ELISE方法测定Tau蛋白在氟西汀组、EAE组和对照组小鼠血清中的含量,以及各组小鼠神经功能评分。结果 Tau蛋白在氟西汀组和EAE组、EAE组和对照组血清中含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。氟西汀组和EAE组、EAE组和对照组神经功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.001)。结论氟西汀对于EAE小鼠急性期有抗炎及神经保护作用,其治疗作用可能通过多种机制参与。
