阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者常规超声心动图改变被引量：4

摘要目的应用常规超声心动图评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者早期心脏结构功能改变,探讨不同病情OSAHS患者心脏结构和功能的改变情况及其相关关系。方法经全夜多导睡眠监测仪确诊的OSAHS患者60例为病例组,选取正常对照组20名,根据OSAHS患者呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI),分为正常对照组、轻度OSAHS组及中、重度OSAHS组,对比3组常规超声心动图指标及其关系。结果中、重度OSAHS组患者左房舒张期内径(LA)、主动脉瓣环内径(AO)、左室后壁舒张期厚度(LVPWd)及室间隔舒张期厚度(IVSd)、右室内径(RV)、右室前壁厚度(RVAWd)、平均肺动脉压力(PASP),与正常对照组比较显著增高;不同病情下,OSAHS患者常规超声指数存在显著性差异且随AHI升高逐渐升高。结论常规超声可检测出OSAS早期心脏结构功能改变且与OSAHS病情程度相关联。
