摘要
对目前我国大学生就业能力现状及校企合作的意义进行了分析,并指出了校企合作是提升大学生就业能力的有效途径。针对目前我国校企合作存在的问题,高校必须主动以市场需求为导向,积极探索校企合作的新型办学模式。
The deficiency of undergraduates＇ employability is the main factor restricting smooth employment of them. Based on respective analysis of the present situation of college students＇employability and the importance of school-enterprise cooperation, the thesis brings forward that school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to improve students＇employability. The thesis proposes that in allusion to the problems in schoolenterprise cooperation, colleges and universities shoud take initiatives to meet market demand and actively explore the new school-enterprise cooperation school-running mode.
