通过揭示党建科学化的基本内涵,分析当前高校学生党建面临的问题与挑战,提出了民主、系统、预测、权变、动力等高校学生党建工作科学化的基本原则以及转变党建工作理念、完善党建工作队伍、健全培养教育制度以及优化与创新运行机制等提高高校学生党建工作科学化水平的途径。
