摘要
小学英语课程的设置催生了小学英语教师身份认同问题的探讨。小学英语教师需要真正构建起自身的身份认同网络:以个人认同为主导,以社会专家学者的舆论效应即社会认同为试金石,以教育机构的软硬件配备即组织认同为保障,以构建独具学科特色的小学英语教学学科即学科认同为目标。
The identity problem for primaxy school English teachers is derived from the setting of the primary English curriculum and the requirements for primary school English teachers. Primary school English teachers need to construct a real identity web which is personal identi- ty oriented with the social identity being the touchstone, the organizational identity being the support and the disciplinary identity being the goal.
