运用行为事件访谈法和调查问卷的形式分别对独立学院的教师和学生进行访谈和问卷,通过SPSS19.0对数据进行分析,建立独立学院教师胜任力的素质模型,有助于确定教师高效完成教学工作任务所需要的资格条件,便于选聘、培训、考核独立学院教师及其职业发展指导。

In this paper, behavioral event interviews and questionnaire forms of independent college teachers and students are applied and the data is analyzed by SPSS19.0 to establish the independent college teachers＇ competency model to help to detennlne the required qualifications for effective completion of the teaching task and to provide guidance for hiring,training,assessment and occupational development of independent college teachers.
