技能大师工作室实质上就是一种实践共同体。它以工作室为共同体的载体、以认知情感为共同体的纽带、以参与合作共享为共同体的机制、以实践问题为共同体的基础、以人员参与中的身份认同为标志。技能大师工作室实践共同体具有深化工作室成员专业技能,促进隐性知识的传播与共享,提升技能人才培养的有效性和针对性等价值。
Skilled master studio is a practical community,essentially.Studio is the carrier of the community.Cognitive emotion is a bond of the community.Participate、cooperation 、sharing is the mechanism.Practical problems are the foundation.The identification of personnel involved is the mark.The community of skilled master studio is beneficial to develop professional skill,share tacit knowledge and elevate the effectiveness of skilled talent training.
