上市公司资本结构与公司绩效研究——以钢铁煤炭行业为例

Research on the Capital Structure and Governance Performance of Listed Corporate -- Steel and Coal Industry

本文主要从融资结构中的债务融资角度对上市公司财务状况进行综合研究分析．选取钢铁煤炭行业中的59家A股上市公司2010-2012年的177个相关数据为样本，用SPSS统计软件对59家公司的样本数据进行统计分析，得出结果：我国钢铁煤炭行业上市公司的资本结构相对西方资本市场相对健全的国家来说偏低，资本结构对企业业绩的影响呈倒u型。

This paper investigates and researches the financial conditions of the listed corporations in the perspective of debt financing. The author chooses 177 related data as samples from 59 listed corporations in the steel and coal industry in 2010-2012, uses SPSS statistical software to analyze the data and finds that the capital structure of listed corporations in China＇s steel industry is lower than that in the West and the effect of capital structure on performance presents the inverted letter U.
