摘要
对某发动机机体及其缸套进行热传导计算,得到其在全速全负荷稳态工况下的温度场分布;评价其温度场分布的合理性并以此为边界条件进行机体热强度分析.计算机体和缸套在预紧力工况、温度载荷工况以及燃气爆发压力工况下的变形和强度.采用傅里叶展开法处理得到缸套的各阶次变形情况,并通过各阶次变形评价指标评价缸套.
The heat conduction of an engine block and the cylinder liner is calculated, and the temperature field distribution under the steady state conditions at full speed and full load is obtained and evaluated. The deformation and strength of block and cylinder liner are calculated under the preload conditions and temperature load cases, and gas pressure conditions. The cylinder liner deformations under main orders are obtained by Fourier expansion method and the cylinder liner is evaluated by the evaluation index of the deformation under main orders.
