介绍汽油机进气歧管的网格处理方法、进气歧管的约束和载荷,在考虑塑料材料弹性的非线性的情况下,计算进气歧管在发动机回火造成的爆破压力下的应力分布.结果可为进气歧管的设计和优化方向提供参考.
The mesh generation method of gasoline engine intake manifold. The restriction and loading conditions of the model are described. Considering the linearity of plastic material elasticity and the bursting pressure caused by engine backfire, the stress distribution of intake manifold is obtained, which provides reference for the design and optimization.
