摘要
以Abaqus的静力学分析为基础,采用非线性接触和变形分析方法,对不同工况下的汽车燃油系统进行结构强度分析,分别得到燃油箱和绑带在普通工况与极限工况下的应力应变状态以及变形量.计算结果基本符合客户的设计规范要求.结果表明:通过Abaqus的静力分析模块进行的结构强度分析,可以为燃油系统的设计和性能评估提供重要参考和依据.
In the Abaqus static analysis, the structural analysis on automotive fuel system is performed under different conditions using nonlinear contact and nonlinear deformation method. The stress strain state and deformation of the fuel tank and the straps are obtained respectively, which meet the customer’s specifications perfectly. It can be concluded that the structural analysis using Abaqus static state module is significantly helpful to the development of automotive fuel system, and the results can provide important reference for the evaluation on the stress strain and deformation of vehicle fuel system.
