汽车外板的抗凹性能是反映外板使用性能的重要特性.应用CAE技术分析某车带天窗顶盖的刚度.考虑材料、几何和边界的复杂非线性以及模拟天窗的夹紧,用Abaqus隐式弧长算法对某车型开天窗后的顶盖的抗凹性能进行模拟分析.对顶盖的抗凹性分析和评价为设计工程师提供重要参考.
The dent resistance of vehicle exterior panel is an important characteristic about the performance of vehicle utilization. The CAE technique is used to analyze the stiffness of a roof with sunroof. Based on implicit arc length algorithm, considering the complicated nonlinearity of materials, geometry and boundary and sunroof clamp, the dent resistance of a vehicle roof with sunroof is simulated and analyzed. The analysis and evaluation provide important reference for design engineers.
