摘要 解析目标分解方法(Analytical Target Cascading,ATC)是一种新型的处理复杂产品及工程设计问题的系统化方法.通过构建层次化的多级优化设计架构,将系统级的设计目标依次分解至相应的子系统层和零部件层.每层的优化设计问题是最小化分解得到的设计目标的偏差问题,并以此实现系统之间的兼容,从而保证系统设计的一致性和高效性.采用Isight优化软件构建ATC的多学科优化设计仿真平台,分别以数值优化案例和工程设计案例充分说明ATC的有效性. Analytical Target Cascading(ATC) is a novel systemic methodology which deals with the optimization problem of the complex product and engineering design. Through the hierarchical multilevel optimization architecture, ATC method propagates the design targets of system level to appropriate specifications for the relevant subsystem level and component level. The optimal design problem of each level is to minimize the deviations from the propagated targets, in order to achieve the consistence and efficiency of design results. Isight optimization software is employed to establish the platform of multi discipline design optimization for ATC method. Subsequently, the numerical and engineering examples are used to illustrate the usage of ATC method.
