摘要
针对某载货车电瓶支架总成在整车道路试验中出现断裂的问题,在Abaqus软件中建立其有限元模型,进行强度计算校核,找出断裂破坏的主要原因,并提出改进建议.改进后的电瓶支架在试验中无损坏,并已经小批量投产.对电瓶支架总成进行减重,利用Abaqus软件的拓扑优化模块对电瓶支架进行拓扑优化,并对优化后新设计的结构进行计算.拓扑优化后新设计结构满足强度要求,实现减重2.93 kg.
To solve the fracture problem of the battery bracket assembly of a truck in the vehicle road test, the finite model is built to calculate its strength by Abaqus. As a result,the major reason of the fracture is found out and the suggestions for improvement are proposed. The improved battery bracket is not damaged in the vehicle road test, and it has been produced in small amount. To reduce the battery bracket mass, the topology optimization of battery bracketis performed by the topology optimization module of Abaqus, and the bracket structure is optimized.The topology optimization structure of the bracket meets the strength requirement and its mass also loses 2.19 kg.
