摘要
结合某车型开发工作,针对该车型所采用的新型4连杆后悬架系统,通过科学的优化思想,采用先进的多学科优化技术对后桥结构及衬套刚度进行全面优化设计,满足后桥前期相关的车辆动力学、结构和振动噪声等关键指标以及质量最优化的要求.同时,对遗传算法、模拟退火及混合多梯度探测等多目标优化算法在该系统中的应用进行详细对比论证.这对底盘关键系统的前期开发工作有一定的借鉴意义.
As to the development of a vehicle, the rear cradle structure and bushing stiffness in the new 4 link rear suspension is optimized by the advanced optimization technique. The optimization result is obtained which can meet the requirements of vehicle dynamics, structure and NVH in the early development stage. Meanwhile, the application of multi objective optimization algorithm in the system is compared. The results can provide reference for the development of automotive chassis system.
