摘要
用Abaqus将对流热边界耦合至固体传热计算中,得到柴油机缸盖的温度场.在此基础上进行预紧力和爆发压力-热应力2种工况的数值仿真.仿真结果可以帮助确定各影响因素造成的缸盖应力集中的主要位置,为结构设计和改进提供参考.
The convection thermal boundary conditions are coupled into the calculation process of solid heat conduction by Abaqus and the temperature field of cylinder head is obtained. Furthermore, two different working conditions, the preload and the gas explosion pressure thermal stress are simulated. The simulation results are helpful to find the stress concentration positions due to various factors, which can provide reference for the structure design and improvement.
