摘要
采用多学科优化平台Isight和参数高阶网格变形软件Sculptor对某型横向橡胶止挡进行结构形状优化设计.通过Sculptor进行参数化建模,通过Isight多目标优化算法NSGA-II获得合理的形状参数.采用Abaqus进行有限元计算,结果表明改进后的止挡垂向静刚度满足设计要求,结构设计合理.
The multidisciplinary optimization platform Isight and the higher order mesh deformation software Sculptor are used to optimize the shape of a transverse rubber backstop. Sculptor is used to implement parametrization modeling, and the multi objective optimization algorithm NSGA II in Isight is used to obtain rational shape parameters. The finite element calculation results obtained by Abaqus show that the vertical stiffness of the improved structure of transverse rubber backstop meets the design requirements and the backstop structure is rational.
