摘要
压敏胶带广泛应用于电子设备中,在长时间受力作用下容易产生失效现象,影响用户体验甚至产品功能,因此应用有限元分析工具在设计前期进行校核.仿真与试验的结合证明采用合理参数仿真可以很好地预测胶带的失效.
The pressure sensitive adhesive tape is widely used in electrical equipment. The failure due to the long time action of force is unacceptable, which may cause low user experience and even function failure. The parameters are obtained by test and the finite element analysis is used to predict the failure. The combinination of simulation and test also demonstrates that the failure of adhesive tape can be effectively predicted using rational parameters during simulation.
