摘要
目前,饮料行业无菌灌装线具有灌装速度快、包装成本低的优点,成为饮料灌装技术发展的方向和趋势.在高速灌装线上,饮料包装的灌装线稳定性是考量生产效率的重要指标之一.以一个生产中遇到的实际问题为例,利用Abaqus强大的非线性和动态问题解决能力,开发一个饮料包装灌装线稳定性评估原型系统.该系统不仅考虑滴液氮灌装后瓶子的几何变形、灌装速度、导轨与传送带的夹角,还考虑瓶子与传送带以及导轨的摩擦因数等.该系统可以有效评估新包装的稳定性,避免后续生产中遇到的问题,提高生产效率.
Nowadays the aseptic filling lines become more and more popular in beverage industry due to the high productivity and low packaging cost. The line stability of beverage packaging is the key point for such high speed aseptic filling lines. Based on the study of a practical case, a prototype system is developed to evaluate the packaging line stability by the powerful nonlinear and dynamic problem solving capability of Abaqus. In the system, the bottle deformation with liquid nitrogen, line speed, angle between conveyors and guide bars and friction coefficient are taken into consideration. This system can be applied to evaluate the line stability of new packages and eliminate the downstream problems effectively.
