高职外贸实训教学对接外贸企业文化实践探索

Joint of Foreign Trade Corporate Culture and Foreign Trade Practical Teaching Course in Vocational Colleges

实训教学是高职教育的重要实践平台,很多高职院校在对接企业生产过程的研究方面已有了较好的探索和实践。但是,如何将企业精神、企业文化、企业管理融入校园、引入课堂仍是高职教学改革研究的薄弱环节。以高职外贸实训教学为例,从实训环境、实训对象、实训项目、实训评价和实训管理等方面深度对接外贸企业文化,是探索和改革高职实训教学的有效途径。

Practical teaching is an important part of higher vocational education. Many vocational colleges have practiced and probed into integrating the production process of enterprises into its teaching. However, how to introduce corporate spirit, corporate culture and corporate management into campus and classrooms remains a weakness in the teaching reform research in higher vocational education. This paper takes the foreign trade practical teaching course as an example, and explores how to further bring foreign corporate culture into the aspects of the environment, trainees, projects, evaluation and management of practical teaching. It is an effective approach to explore and reform practical teaching courses in higher vocational education.
