高校公共管理类电子政务课程的实验环节的设计思路尚未能取得共识。其表现在于教学定位不同、教学内容的安排不当、教学平台的不确定性等方面。论文提出电子政务实验教学环节的三条设计原则及其实现路径。

The design idea of the experiment link for college e-government course of public management is still a topic of controversy, clue to different teaching orientations, improper ar- rangement of teaching contents and uncertain teaching platforms. Three principles for the design of e-government experiment link and their realization methods are proposes in this paper.
