摘要
在小学英语课堂教学中,教师越来越倾向于用奖励来引导儿童学习英语,但教师只有恰当运用奖励才能促进学生的发展。本论文从强化理论入手,通过对强化学生学习动机的奖励的研究,探讨了奖励在小学英语教学过程中的运用及存在的问题,并提出了可运用于课堂实践的对策。
In the primary school English class, teachers tend to use more and more rewarding to guide children to learn English, but only they use incentives properly can promote the develola- ment of students. In this paper, from the perspective of the rein- forcement theory, through the study of students' learning motiva- tion reward, we discuss the use and problems of the reward in primary school English teaching process, and put forward the countermeasures that can be applied to classroom practice.
