浅析多媒体教学与独立学院师资队伍建设

A Brief Analysis on Multimedia Teaching and the Construction of Teaching Staff in Independent Colleges

本文结合独立学院教师流动性大,普遍缺乏归属感;师资队伍中学历职称结构和年龄结构不合理等问题及多媒体教学在师资队伍建设中的重要性,提出加强独立学院师资队伍建设的思考与建议:加强师德教育,努力提高师资队伍的思想政治素质、在学科专业建设的基础上引进人才、设计科学的教师培训体系和教学质量监督体系、改善福利待遇,实施"留人留心工程",强调以人为本等。

Combining with the following problems in independent colleges, including frequent teaching staff turnover, teachers＇ lack of belongingness, and unreasonable academic structure and age structure in the teaching staff, as well as the importance of multi- media teaching in the construction of teaching staff, this paper proposes the considerations and suggestions on enhancing the construction of teaching staff in independent colleges, such as, strengthening teaching moral education, improving teachers＇ ide- ological and political qualities, bringing in talents based on disci- plinary construction, designing scientific teacher training system and teaching quality evaluation system, improving teachers＇ wel- fare oriented by their needs.
