改革开放30年来,我国成人教育事业获得了非常大的发展。成人教育作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,在培养人才方面起到了巨大的作用。但是,在发展的同时,成人教育也面临着新的挑战,存在着一些亟待解决的问题。因此,总结成人教育的发展成就,分析它所存在的问题,进而展望成人教育的未来发展方向是一个时代的话题。本文首先详细论述了成人教育在当前面临的新挑战,进而提出了几点未来展望,希望能够为成人教育的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, China＇s adult education has achieved great development. As an important part of China＇s educatinn, adult education plays a pivotal role in talent cultivation. However, adult education is also faced with new challenges and urgent problems to be solved. It has become a topic of the times to summarize the achievement of adult educa- tion development, analyze the problems existing, and explore its future development. Based on a detailed elaboration on the new challenges for adult education, several future prospects are pro- posed, hoping to provide references for China＇s adult education.
