艺术生团队合作能力的培养

On the Cultivation of Art Students' Teamwork Ability

当代高校艺术生由于多方面原因,团队合作意识和能力还不能满足社会的需要,因此需要加强艺术生的团队合作能力的培养。本文通过多方面分析对艺术生进行团队合作培养的必要性,从加强宣传、分类指导、改革课程设置、完善教学方法、开展丰富多彩的文体活动、改革学生评价体系等几个方面探讨了加强艺术生团队合作的途径和方法。

Due to various reasons, the current college art students＇ consciousness and abi：tity of teamwork cannot meet socia^t needs, so its cultivation should be enhanced. Through an analysis from various aspects, this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating art students＇ teamwork, and explores the approaches and methods of enhancing it from strengthening publicity, classified guidance, the reform curriculum setting, the improvement of teaching method, the implementation of colorful cultural find sports activi- ties, and the reform of student evaluation system.
