家校联动推进高校学生教育管理研究

Research on the Promotion of College Student Education and Management through Family-School Combination

随着高等教育的不断发展,单方面依托学校的传统教育模式已经不能够满足新形势下大学生思想政治建设的需求,而应该建立起包括学生、学校、家庭、社会等主体在内共同参与的教育管理体系。作为体系中的一个重要环节,家校联动不仅能够凝聚学校和家庭的合力,为学生成长成才提供全方位的服务,更能够深化因材施教和个性化教育的理念,提升高校学生思想政治建设的实效性。

With rapid development of higher education, tradition- al edncation relying on school unilaterally cannot satisfy the de- mand of undergraduate ideological and political conslruction un- der the new situation. Joint-participation education management system including students, schools, families and the society should be established. As an important link in the system, fami- ly-school combination can not just assemble the resultant force of the school and the family and provide all-round services for stu- dents＇ growth and improvement, but also deepen the ideas of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and personal- ized education, and improve the effectiveness of students＇ ideo- logical and political construction.
