公共管理与公共服务用地价格评估研究,是合理开发土地资源,防止土地资源流失的重要举措。本文先介绍公共管理与公共服务用地的内涵和特点,然后列举了影响公共用地地价评估的几个因素,最后主要分析了公共管理和公共服务用地地价评估的原则和方法。

To study the price evaluation of ]ands for public man- agement and public service is an important measure to reasonably exploit land resources and prevent the loss of land resources. This paper firstly introduces the connotation and features of lands for public management and services, and then lists several factors influencing the price evaluation of public lands, and finally mainly analyzes the principles and methods of price evaluation of lands for public management and service.
